The man who helped us was very good at explaining things and different types of mattresses. He was also very friendly with our children offering them drinks on a very hot day and including them in the while process including letting them lie on a matress to try it out.

The assistant, Karl, was both knowledgeable and execptionally helpful. His attention to ensuring our needs were met were neither pushy or persuasive. He allowed us plenty of time to select our purchase, answering all questions readily. He made us so comfortable we asked him further questions on other products and his kindness will make us return to the store at a future date.

The sales advisor, Tom (in store on the 27th June) was very attentive. We entered having no intention of buying but rather getting a sense of pricing and what we wanted. More than £700 later we left the store feeling very well looked after. We had a lot of questions which Tom addressed and we were very pleased with how he dealt with us..
