Karl was very helpful. He listened carefully to my specific needs and was able to advise me with his extensive product knowledge. There was no pressure to buy and he was very friendly.

The person dealing with our needs was very helpful and spent a lot of time letting us try different beds, pillows etc. Perhaps a little more understandng of back problems would have been good, but otherwise she was very knowledgeable about mattresses.

Nice lad asked if we needed any help and then offered and gave us a very nice coffee. Great advice and not pushy but very helpful

We were greeted as we entered the store. The staff were very pleasant and offered us a drink. We weren't pressured at all, just told help was available if we wanted. When we did need help, Leanne was extremely helpful and talked us through the whole process, explaining everything in detail. Excellent work from the Burton on Trent team
