Chloe at burton on Trent store, welcomed us as soon as entered store, she was very helpful & understanding when we were trying every mattress, we were offered a hot drink

I found the assistant most knowledgeable, pleasant, and very cooperative. It was a pleasure to meet her. The included coffee was an added bonus!

Karl was excellent and helped us all the way without any pressure what so ever. He was very patient and understanding of 2 'old toppies' (OAP) looking for new mattresses and gave us all the time and help we needed. The two delivery men Shawn and Luke were very quick and helpful also.

We have previously visited Dreams 9 years ago and because of the high pressure sales approach chose not to purchase so on this occasion we had only planned to visit to gather information. Leanne was so friendly, helpful and informed about all of the products we were blown away by her service. She offered us a no obligation drink and spent as much time as we needed to help us identify the right product for us. There was no high pressure sales and whilst she did want a sale her approach was so engaging we left store to think about our purchase and then returned a week later to purchase. We have purchased from Dreams on this occasion solely because of Leanne. She is a true credit to you!

shop waswell setout clean and spacious. help was offered in a quick and friendly manner. although we were shopping with our autistic teenager who took a while to grasp what we required of him the sales person was polite and professional and did not put any time line or pressure on any of us. it was a return journey for us as we purchased our mattress the month previous and were impressed then.

Leanne was fantastic, she was highly knowledgeable on the products available and recommended the perfect bed for us to try, much to our surprise as we each had opposite preferences. She also recommended pillows for us to try which again perfectly suited our needs. I cannot praise Leanne enough she was friendly, professional and polite and at no time did we feel like we were being sold a bed more that we were being helped to choose one that was right for us. Leanne is a credit to your business and many others could learn a lot for her outstanding customer service.

Carl took us through the sales process. Carl was very attentive, friendly with both us and our children, very knowledgeable, professional and knew his stuff in regards the technical details of the beds as well as the overall sales process. We were very impressed by Carl's approach to the Sales process. Carl allowed us a short time to look at the beds and then approached us shortly after our arrival in the store. He was very attentive from that point forward and was keen to impress upon Dreams' product superiority whilst not being too pushy. Carl price matched a like-for-like bed that we had previously seen online and even explained why that particular product could be price matched. He offered us a cup of tea whilst we were waiting and a female colleague offered a further cup whilst I was undergoing the sales transaction. We will be recommending Dreams to our friends and family. All in all, highly impressed. Massive thank you to Carl and the team.

When I arrived at the store it was my first visit to a Dreams Store. I couldn't have envisaged how pleasant the whole experience would be. It literally was a dream from start to finish. Karl, greeted me and my family with a friendly hello, and discussed our needs with his vast experience of product knowledge, we soon found exactly the bed frame and mattress we needed. To top it all, you even had duvet, pillows and mattress protector all under one roof. Thank you for a job well done!
