the store manager Leanne assisted us and was very knowledgeable and I learnt that you need different pillows to suit the way that you sleep! friendly but not overpowering, I felt that she knew her products well.

The layout of your Store made it easy to locate the type of bed we required and the personal assistance and product knowledge of Karl (Burton Branch) was most helpful in selecting the items purchased. Other Staff were also helpful when we made a second visit to the Store to select and purchase bedding items. The bed was delivered today (04.05.17.) in accordance with delivery promises made, and again your Staff were most efficient and considerate.

We visited the Burton branch and was greeted by Karl who spent a very long time helping us choose a mattress. Whilst Karl was assisting us another colleague was occupying our 3 year old daughter with some colouring in so that we could concentrate on the task ahead. All of the staff were very friendly and made a very stressful day (I also had my 3 month old daughter with me) a lot easier. I will recommend dreams to all my of my friends and family.

Leanne at the Burton upon Trent store remembered us from our last visit when we purchased our new mattress. She was very friendly and professional and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

It was a last min purchase on Easter Sunday,I arrived in store at 7.15 pm (45 mins before closing),I was the only person in store,the staff was very helpful and very understanding of my needs,I knew what I wanted before hand and was showed a range of extras e.g mattress and pillows,by that time my mind was made up,we sat down at the computer,sealed the deal and I left the store at 8.15 pm more than satisfied with my purchase and visit to store.(closing time was 8.00 pm).

Sales team were very friendly and we're willing to show us how the sofa beds unfolded. The dalesman who looked after us was very knowledgeable and in no way pushy, a pleasure to be helped by a nice person.
