Tom was our sales guy he welcomed us to the store offered us a drink and said anything you want information about please ask me . We made our mind up on what we wanted and Tom explained clearly what our options were and delivery on our item all in all a nice helpful guy

I was shopping with a seven year old boy, anyone with kids knows that unless it's a toy shop this has the potential for issues. I was greeted quickly, helped, matress tested and put in my boot within a short space of time. Result!

I walked in and made my way to one of the sales team as I needed advice on replacing mattresses for my childrens' bunk beds. Leanne was very courteous and helpful. She was very knowlegable regarding which mattresses I needed and the whole process was very professional and super quick, brilliant!

We came into the store just before closing, the staff were very helpful in showing us all of the options - colour coded matresses - brilliant idea! Headboard colour options and prices etc. They did not mind that they should have been closing, more than happy to walk round with us and ensure we selected the correct bed and were not rushed. Very helpful in informing about optional extras and services.

I visited the store twice, the second time to place the order. At each visit I was greeted courteously and encouraged to take the time I needed to make a decision.

Karl was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. We were allowed to browse at our leisure but Karl was available for us to ask any questions. We were not pressured into buying anything.

The whole experience from start to delivery has been exemplary ~ I am very impressed and will ensure I tell my friends and family~ you certainly have the customer service that others sadly lack!
