When I saw the salesman I was cynical and dubious about his ability to meet my requirements but I was pleasantly surprised

The assistant Karl could not have been more helpful - his knowledge and advice enabled us to select the right bed for our son.

the store had easy parking, was spacious and well set out. there was lots of choice. the assistant approached us and politely offered us help and pointed out the differences of the colour codes then left us to browse offering further help when required. sales without the intrusive and pushy assistant was a good plus.

The assistant who helped us (Tom) was so helpful and very knowledgeable.

I did not know where the pillows was but when I was talking about the problems I have with my bed now. She bought some of the pillows to me (I can not move that good) and selected the pillow that would be good for me.

Karl was very helpful offering a coffee he couldn't do enough for us

Went into the shop thinking I knew what I wanted but listened to the very helpful advise given. I had my last bed from dreams been such a good bed but times have moved on!!! Can't wait to get my new one😊

THE DISPLAY WAS WELL PRESENTED AND WE FOUND THE BED WE LIKE VERY QUICK.
