I was highly satisfied because the sales assistant (Leanne) was very helpful without being pushy and had good knowledge and knew what questions to ask me so she could point me to the right mattress.

We were met by a very knowledgeable lady who didn't push any product but gave us all the information we needed , then she left us to browse at our leisure and came back once we had got our short list. We were then expertly guided to our final choice . A first class experience .

I was greeted straight away , I was shopping for a lower bed for my mother , the sales consultant was very understanding and helpful. He informed me of the different types of mattresses and how they worked so this was good information to help make a choice for my mother. Due to me not having a lot of time the young gentleman helped me make a choice quickly and easily .

Very prompt efficient service and honoured a 10% off next mattress purchase we had from the previous mattress and guarantee. Nothing was too much trouble at all. Will definitely go back again and again.
