Thomas (Tom) was knowledgeable about the products, has a very nice manner was approachable but not pushy,we were both very impressed with him,he was excellent.

The sales person was knowledgeable about the product, also efficient, courteous and helpful. I was impressed. He is to be commended. However, I discovered that if I had purchased the item online the delivery time would have been a lot shorter. This is not good for people who shop in stores.

Very efficient service from Leanne, gave us pillows to try bed properly and made us teas and coffee and other options to compare.

The store was well laid out and the various types of bed were colour coded. Leanne who dealt with us could not have been more helpful.

Really easy to browse with no pressure. The team were friendly and efficient and also arranged delivery to suit us. The product selected was exactly what we were looking for and the price paid was competitive.

Thomas was really helpful. Took the time to ask us what we were looking for and provide us with information on the beds available. Explained the price ranges and was informative but not pushy. A lot of furniture type shops I find to be so pushy, but Thomas approach made me more likely to buy from him. More furniture shops should work this way. It is also quite unusual to have someone serve you that clearly is happy working in the establishment and can be bothered to talk to you, you are a lucky organisation to have Thomas!
