Was highly satisfied again as we have brought from this store twice now and all staff was very professional and polite. Both beds was ordered with so much ease And the store is very clean. All Covid rules was in place.

Harvey at the Burton store was extremely professional, listened carefully to what we needed. I had my parents with me as the beds were primarily for their use, my dad is very hard of hearing and mum has dementia. Harvey wasn't aware of any of these ailments and his style of communication was inclusive and very professional but understanding as if he was aware there could be issues with mum especially. We were offered hot drinks and he was extremely attentive at the real level without it feeling false or forced. Great customer service, well done Harvey.

Very attentive store staff, great items on display and overall a great experience while shopping with my daughter (I'm 85).

Warm welcoming. We got offered to do test to find perfect mattress for person. After we tried mattress that were highly recommend by test ,our consultant suggested to try different mattress as well and this helped us to understand that test is very good and actually helps to find perfect mattress for me and my partner. While we were sorting payment got offered coffee. Never in life got offered coffee at the shop .And consultant was very likeable. Overall we are very happy with our experience at dreams.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff

Charlotte at the Burton-On-Trent store was really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We used the sleep analyser and were guided by her to the mattresses that were suggested.

The sales assistant was excellent. Didn’t rush us, encouraged us to try different beds and was very knowledgeable. There was no hard sell and she placed our order quickly and efficiently.

It was wonderful that you had a machine which looked at the way we both sleep and then recommendations of the best Mattresses for us. The sales Assistant listened to our price budget and guided us to the options which were available. She explained everything and even about the special cover you offer, with the free gift that came with it. So instead of coming for a look around and going away to discuss we were able to make the decision to buy then and there.
