Very friendly staff , myself and partner did not feel pressured into anything,also was not rushed, everything was explained into detail, Farah was the shop assistant that served us, she was very good and professional at all times , thank you dreams well done

I was met on entering the store but not harassed. I needed assistance and was given it. Assistant gave me advice and was friendly but not 'over the top'

Made to feel welcome. Even offered a cuppa. No high pressure salesmanship which I find off - putting. Very comfortable with the whole experience.

The store assistant was friendly without being pushy. He gave excellent advice on the items bought. I was offered refreshment, which was a nice gesture.

Saw the product on line but as it was only 4.5 miles to the store I went to see it and was met by Karl who explained all the detail - I purchased the product in store and I am now awaiting delivery tomorrow

The sales assistant that dealt with me in the Burton on Trent store, Tom, was the reason I returned to purchase a bed as he was so helpful three weeks ago when I just came in for a look. He was very polite and highly efficient and is a credit to your company. I asked another assistant, Leanne, if Tom was available when she approached me when I entered the store and she quickly got Tom to sort my order. She was also highly efficient and polite. Due to this level of service I would recommend the Burton branch to others and return there myself as a repeat customer.
