Our assistant, Chloe, did not try to hard sell but gave us the information on the various types of mattress and then left us to browse and try them. She kept popping back to help but did not rush us into a decision.

Karl was very helpful and understood our needs and pointed us in the right direction of which mattresses and beds to look for.

Zeeshan was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He provided an excellent, courteous service which enabled us to find a product with which we were very satisfied. It meant that we were prepared to spend more than we anticipated or would have done, had he not been there to reassure us.

Courteous welcome by salesman with excellent customer skills. After explaining our requirements he advised us accordingly and answered our questions without being intrusive which we liked. On making our decision Karl completed the sale and offered us delivery dates. Excellent service from a very pleasant and professional salesman. He goes down as the best.

We were dealt with quickly and professionally, although a computer wasn't available to process order a manual one was done and processed on computer later to save us waiting. Very happy with service

Karl was very friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my mattress. As my first large purchase for my new home, I was nervous and he was very helpful in terms of advising what to choose / filling in paper work etc. Not just in relation to the sale but I was ill at the time and he also offered to run and fetch me water, very accommodating!

The store had all the options we needed to look at on display.....brilliant. We were shown all the best products that were specific to our needs. The assistant was very knowledgeable. Very very highly satisfied.

Zeeshan was really helpful and very knowledgeable about the products we were looking at. He was able to answer all of our questions about different matresses and was very friendly. He organised some colouring activities for our "bored of shopping" children and his colleague got them a fruit shoot which was brilliant! He talked to us about different options for delivery and cover in a way that didn't feel pushy (although we decided not to go for it in the end) and he explained it really well. I know that often the cover is a remembered add on from a sales person, but he did a great job of selling it, it's just not something we normally go for and never do. A really pleasant experience, all other colleagues we came into contact with were friendly and did a good job! Would shop here again and recommend to others.
