Karl at the Burton on Trent store was very welcoming, polite and helpful. He answered all questions and queries, and was very patient.

Tom the assistant asked us if we knew what we were looking for, we gave him all the requirements we needed in choosing a mattress, and he could not have helped us any more than he did, he was polite, knowledgeable, helpful without being pushy, I explained I sleep on a memory pillow, and he went off to find one so as to help me choose the right sleeping position on the mattress, he even knew how many springs were in the different ones. He was efficient in the order process and was very pleasant, he told us he had only been working there for 6 months and he was still learning, we were very, very impressed with his manner. Please pass on our thanks to him, he is a credit to your company

The store manager was really helpful and not pushy, she explained the differences and specifications of all the price variants.

The staff were extremely knowledgeable about the product and answered questions about delivery and construction of the product... we were able to make an informed choice. We were then offered a cup of tea while the order was processed.
