The store is very convenient to where we live, the staff are helpful and this is the second visit for another bed.

Managed to look and get a feel of the beds and was left until we decided wasn't pushed into it to much was offered help and advice at correct times

Karl was very knowledgeable about the beds we told him what we were looking for, he gave us different options and let us go and try the beds out ourselves before returning to see how we were getting on. He talked us through the different payment plans and what would be best for our situation, he was having general chit chat throughout and offered us a drink while we sorted out the paperwork, he was able to get the delivery day we wanted and we ordered more items on top, we were very pleased at how how efficient and easy Karl made it for us. We will be going back in the future.

Karl (Burton Store) is a credit to your company, an expert salesman who understood our needs and assisted just the right amount to help us make an informed decision. He also offered a nice cup of coffee which was much needed after a big house move and was very accommodating with the children, he also sold us extra products which were much needed so thank you very much to Karl, a likeable, friendly, professional salesman which you don't find in shops very often nowadays!!

We've never been in before so did not know what to expect, except the online reviews, which were fab.. Karl the assistant was not pushy and helpful. It actually made you feel your purchase mattered and not just simply a 'buyer'.

I was served by a young man named Tom he was very polite gave me good advice he didn't rush me although I changed my mind twice carried the bedding out to my van and shock my hand when I left very good customer service
