Very polite staff. Got what I was looking for no problem at a great price.

Tom did well listening to our requirements and steering us to products that would satisfy.

Thomas was very friendly, we were also given a cup of tea while ordering and were made to feel completely at ease. We were shown round a range of beds and advised on the best one, the other staff (2 managers and assistant) were very friendly and professional too.

Leanne was very friendly the whole time and nothing was too much trouble.

We had time to wander around and look at different mattress's and look at samples of pocket sprung, memory foam etc before we spoke to Karl. We found him very helpful he understood our needs and advised us on the best mattress as my husband is 77yrs and I'm 72yrs . We did'nt feel rushed and where given a coffee and chatted awhile before giving our order. I remember saying to my husband when we left that he was a nice man. We were talking to our friends across the road and they are going to visit the store so we said ask for Karl.

Karl at Burton was attentive without being intrusive, friendly and helpful. Actually enjoyed shopping!

The assistant was able to answer all our questions, he was available when needed but also gave us space to look, try and choose. We were also offered a hot drink. The colour coding system made choosing a bed much easier. Overall a pleasant experience.
