Dreams - Burton

Leanne was very helpful on our first visit without being pushy, and when we returned she and Chloe were efficient, friendly and helpful throughout the process, explaining the various options, sorting out the delivery date, and were lovely with the children. We can't comment on the quality of the bed until after it has been delivered, but first impressions of the product and company, based on the sales experience are looking good.

It was well set out and we were spoilt for choice.

The shop had just waht we wanted

David . greeted us on arrival and supplied a cuppa, he explained the colour coding on each bed,this made our choice easier.I will recommend dreams to my sister who is looking for a bed soon.

The sales advisor responded well to our questions, understood ours needs, was friendly but not pushy. He gave us space and time to view products on our own

Lots of mattresses to choose from. Tom, the assistant was extremely knowledgable, friendly and helpful without being pushy. He gave us all the information we needed and after shopping around we returned to the store to buy. There was plenty of choice and the staff gave us great service.

We were highly satisfied because everything went perfectly great. Also the staff (Tom) were lovely and very helpful. Tom knew what he was talking about, and with his knowledge he helped us find our perfect bed!

Approachable friendly service, who understood what I was looking for and guided through the different types of mattress

The store manager left me to browse for a short while, which meant I felt comfy in the shop. I wasn't pounced on the minute I walked through the door, but as soon as I needed to ask a question for help, he was very knowledgeable, friendly & courteous, as well as offering me a drink!
