Having shopped around we had already chose a new bed from a local competitor at a very reasonable price. Whilst shopping at morrisons thought we would pop in just to satisfy ourselves we had shopped around enough. Leanne was extremely helpful and informative with our very specific needs and we ended up spending £1500.00 more than we had budgeted for. I feel sure we will be more than satisfied with the choice we have made and gavel looked on this expense as an investment on a good nights sleep and improvement on our backs health.

From the moment we stepped into the store we were treated with respect and professionalism by Tom, our salesman. He listened to everything we said about our requirements, made my husband coffee and offered to get me whatever drink I wanted instead. Tom explained the difference between the different mattresses and spent time walking us through the shop pointing them all out. He then left us to wander around until we had made our minds up - which took a while, and then completed the booking process with confidence. We had previously visited another 'bed shop' in town and the experience couldn't have been any more different. I'd be surprised if they ever sold anything! Tom was excellent.

The service was quick and efficient and I was able to purchase a bed that suited my requirements.

We were happy with the service offered by the salesman without feeling under pressure to buy.

There was an excellent selection of product available, the sales assistant was helpful but not intrusive. The price options as shown on the cards attached to the beds could be clearer, all the information is there but sometimes took a little head scratching to work out.

Chloe the assistant was very helpful, attentive and guided us to the mattresses that we needed. Lewis & Dave the delivery guys on 14/7/16 were very prompt, careful when putting mattress in situ as had to negotiate a twisting staircase. Thankyou

We went to the store to look for a new divan and mattress. It was quiet, we were the only customers in there for a while and the staff were lovely and helpful. We ended up buying something completely different but at a bargain price. Very satisfied!

Very impressed with Leanne's product knowledge, her empathy of understanding the customers need was outstanding, there was, no pressure selling, just felt at ease. I was offered the accidental coverage, which the cost, was offset against, the purchase of the mattress covers, again great knowledge of offers available, I left the store after making my purchases, with no doubt, I had been reassured by Leanne of making the correct purchase, fantastic customer service, this is what sells beds for Dreams, I will be back
