The sales person understood our requirements and gave us several options. These varied in price and there was no pressure placed to order the more expensive item. After consideration we ended purchasing the most expensive.

The staff at BOT were very good, helpful and friendly. My husband and i took some time to consider what we wanted which the staff understood. We went into Dreams only knowing we wanted a super king size bed.. We had no idea about mattress comfort or Spring devans.. Nor did we know about zip and link mattresses. The assistant was brilliant. Her knowledge about Beds was second to none. We took our time looking at what we wanted and the assistant was very patient. She went through every detail.. Not at all pushy with getting a sale.. We were so impressed we bought our bed there and then. ( even though I had said to myself I wasn't buying just looking) cannot wait for our bed to arrive. I have told friends and family if they need a new bed they must visit dreams and make sure they get the assistant we saw. I'm sure they would be very satisfied with any of them , but she was fantastic at her job.

We were not jumped on as soon as we walked into store. However as soon as we wanted help the assistant was straight with us. He gave us all the advice we needed and spent time showing us the beds that met our needs.
