Chloe at Dreams Burton on Trent is a credit to the company, excellent customer service, politeness and product knowledge, one of the best sales experiences I have witnessed in along time.

satisfied because there was a good choice and we got exactly what we were looking for, the assistant was very knowledgeable and very helpful, making coffee etc.

Good layout of the store. We wasn't hounded as soon as we stepped in we were left to have a look first before making any decisions

We had ample time to view all the beds before we were politely approached to see if we needed assistance. We were offered tea/coffee and in a relaxed helpful manner we were able to discuss and find exactly what we were looking for. We were not pressured into a sale and the staff were most helpful.

I went in knowing I wanted to compare 2 beds and get a mattress. Dave was really helpful, gave me all the information I needed and didn't rush me or over crowd me. I appreciated not being giving a load of sale rubbish.. And just given the facts and talked to normally. I'd recommend that Dreams store because of its size ( unlike Tamworth) and Dave.

Very helpful on assisting us on selecting a bed and extras and giving us information on the products.

From start to finish the assistant was welcoming, did all she could to find us the exact mattress for our needs, offered everything we would need for our new bed including mattress protectors pillows, sheets and product insurance. The whole experience was a pleasant one and we would certainly recommend The store the assistant and the company.

We were not pressured at all during our visit and were given plenty of time to try out the mattresses. All our questions were answered fully.

Fantastic customer service, great advice and the time was taken to explain the options available to me
