We were helped by the assistant but she was not too pushy, we were offered and accepted refreshment. When placing the order over the phone she sorted out our queries efficiently.

Leanne had great product knowledge and therefore helped us pick the perfect mattress when we had no clue where to start. she was efficient and changed our delivery date with ease. would definitely shop at dreams again.

Leanness was recommended that day when I visited a friend, and was looking for a replacement bed. Not disappointed at all.

Leanne was excellent. She was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She is a real asset to the store and I hope this feedback gets back to her and her manager.

We were approached promptly by your member of staff on arrival. We were not entirely sure what we were looking for and your staff member pointed out all relevant products allowing us to make up our minds without being pressured in anyway.

We found Chloe really helpful as soon as we walked in and helped us found our new, really comfy mattress that was amazingly in the sale, bonus!! We'll definitely be back in 8 years!! X

We were very pleased with our visit to Dreams store at Burton on Trent. The products were well displayed and the colour coding was helpful, the member of staff (Chloe) was very helpful and efficient.

Staff were very helpful but not at all pushy. Bed was well priced for an adjustable model.

As soon as we walked into the store we were impressed,it was a lovely atmosphere, lovely and clean and spacious,which was ideal as my mum was in a wheelchair. We were given a lovely welcome by the member of staff Chris. What we really liked was the fact Chris didn't jump on us straight away and start trying to sell us anything,he let us walk round the store for a while and said if we needed anything he would be there. As soon as we needed assistants he was there straight away and so very helpful,he offered us all a cup of tea or coffee which was a lovely touch. He answered all our questions and was so knowledgable about all of the products. So much so that the first bed he showed us my parents ended up having. We were going to go to several different places to look at mattresses,but after leaving the store we went to have a think and within about half an hour we were back and purchased the mattress. The main reasons for this is we were so impressed by Chris the product and the price we didn't want to go else where. I think the selling technique should be used every where as it is no pressure and you more likley to buy. FANTASTIC STORE STAFF AND PRICE.

The lady who assisted us was Rebecca and she was very helpful and friendly, she had a vast product knowledge and showed us the mattresses we were looking for. She also offered us a cup of tea/coffee which I thought was a lovely touch.
