This was my second purchase, excellent service on both visits

I recently purchased new bedroom furniture and the help I received from the team at Burton on Trent was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble that is why I returned to purchase a mattress and I have recommended Dreams to many people just because of my experience at the Burton on Trent store.

We got the product we wanted at the price we wanted to pay.

We liked the staff member's approach, we were given as much help as we wanted and did not feel harassed (which made a pleasant change in comparison to visits to other stores) The member of staff was very knowledgeable, was not overcomplicated in delivering the information. The displays of the "internal workings" of each type of mattress was very helpful and so was the colour coding system.

Assistant was friendly and able to answer questions without difficulty. Ordering was quick and straightforward.

The assistant was very proffesional and polite. He advised but didn't push so didnt feel under pressure.

The lady who dealt with us was very knowledgable about the mattresses and she dealt with out purchase efficiently... She explained everything without being pushy... The colour code system on the mattresses was very helpful and the store was well laid out... All in all a pleasant experience !
