Dreams - Burton

Having already chosen the bed we wanted I came to the store to make the purchase. As I was running late for another appointment, time was of the essence. Leanne who served me, did everything possible to ensure the purchase happened as quickly as possible and to my satisfaction

When going into the store an assistant asked straight away if we wanted any help and the wife and I said thank you. The gentleman showed us what we were after looking at and all about them The price was right and we purchased the mattress. the assistant Chris Wilkins was excellent and very polite sharing the odd bit of banter which these days is great to getWe have been in since to talk about a mattress for the wife's uncle.

The assistant who helped, Becky, was extremely friendly and helpful, without seeming at all pushy. Although she is quite young, she impressed us with her knowledge of mattresses. She also made us a cup of tea each, before we even discussed any purchases. Once we were ready to purchase a mattress she told us about delivery and the extra insurance, in a way that was knowledgeable and encouraging, without the hard sell. All in all, we were very impressed with her efficient and friendly manner. If all DREAMS staff across the country are like her we would recommend the whole company, rather than just the store that we have used.

Can't fault the store, the choice of products or the staff. Very pleasant, friendly, helpful staff who explained things clearly and sorted our order quickly.

I was served by 'Becky' at your Burton-on-Trent store (and had been assisted the previous week by Chloe). She was extremely friendly and helpful, I did not feel pressured in making a decision regarding my purchase as it true of some other large stores. The selection of beds was excellent, and Becky explained all of the various options to me, and the differences between them.

Assistance available instantly but not in any pushy sales sort of way. Assistant had good knowledge of stock and understood our needs

This is our second bed from the company and spent in excess of £3500 in total and will definitely be returning to the store in burton on Trent which is not even our local store, but the service from the lady in the shop named leanne was excellent. We shall endeavour to recommend to family and friends 😊
