Dreams - Burton

Difficulty locatig Dreams as google refernce wrong but once we arrived everything was very good.

We visited the button store today looking for a mattress and ended up buying a bed and a mattress. We were helped by Chris who we were informed nearer the end of our visit that he had only been with the company for 3 weeks! We would never of guessed! In our opinion Chris is a real asset to your company. He was friendly, offered us advice but gave us enough time alone to discuss things and did not in any way pressure us to commit to anything. Really really happy with the service we received. Well done Chris and dreams.

because the assistance given was thorough. no pushy sales pitch just a genuine need to find what i was after and help in deciding. it was a real pleasurable experience.

We had visited the store over the week end looking at options available to us initially in only considering a new quality mattress. However due to Leanne, the Deputy Manager's advice provided, without any 'hard' sell techniques, we were able to really fully consider what may be a more suitable option by considering an adjustable bed to suit our needs better. Leanne provided us with lots of meaningful and practical advice but left us to consider this instead of doing what some other stores do which is to apply pressure, I can honestly say that we never felt this at any time! As we had time to discuss and consider our options I returned the next day clear on what we felt was right for us to purchase and proceeded to buy an adjustable bed which in the long run will be more beneficial to my husband's needs and therefore last us longer. Leanne spent time completing the order making sure I was completely satisfied with the bed, colour scheme and delivery process, Chris even made me a cup of Tea! We really can't fault the excellent customer service we have received over 3 recent visits to the store so I strongly recommend a visit if you are considering a new bed or mattress,

Leanne who helped us in store was extremely helpful, we told her what we wanted and she walked through all the types of beds with us and explained them and what she thinks we would be looking for and offering one cheaper and one more expensive so we didn't feel like we were just being sold the expensive. She is a credit to the store and made us feel very welcome but not overpowering she allowed us time to talk and offered us a drink while we discussed. Excellent customer service.

Quick to be assisted- good knowledge and understanding of the products available. Extremely friendly

On our visit to the store My husband and I where made very welcome and the assistant was very helpful She explained about the mattresses and after explaining to her I had back problems She helped us to choose the correct mattress for my needs

Leanne was excellent and professional taking time to ensure my needs were catered for.The only problem was due to item purchased I could not get vat relief deducted in store also I would have to pay full amount which seemed unfair to me however Leane came up with suggestion of interest free credit which resolved the problem as I could pay remaining balance when bed is delivered and vat received.I was really impressed with this assistant plse convey this to her thanks

We went to the branch in Burton on Trent to buy a mattress...and were greeted by a very nice man called Dave....very informative....we came away totally happy having bought a king size bed , 4 pillows and a quilt
