Had 3 mattresses before and all good

We were welcomed into the store and offered a warm drink whilst we shopped. Our 11 month old son was asleep and we were able to lie him on a bed where he slept during our visit. The staff put the scatter cushions either side of him for safety and I thought it was very kind. We were advised about all the products we looked at and helped as much as we needed.

No one is that good

Customer service was great. Difference in mattresses were explained and shown using examples of materials. Pricing was explained and even reduced when I purchased pillows and mattress protector. Even disposal of my old mattress was reduced.

It was a good visit - nothing much to add

The mattress I was looking for was only available online so disappointed I was not able to try it.

Very good but not exceptional.

I am highly satisfied apart from the delivery time is quite long (2 weeks) this is only a minor point though, otherwise I am very happy.
