I am satisfied that should be enough, thats high score i had no problem at all. But there could be refreshment facilities & toilets on site

3 weeks is a very long lead time, for a mattress.

Some of the information we were given at our initial visit was later revised on our second visit. Staff said this had been changed by head office after the bank holiday. The revision was in relation to exchanging a mattress and the value. We had initially been told that if we exchanged a mattress in-line with the 100 night trial, we could choose another mattress. If the value of the second matress was lower then the price difference would be refunded. However, this had been retracted the following week which was disappointing.

The staff were amazing and the shop really nice and the products fantastic. The problem however, was after all the excitement and build up we couldn't get the order for another 4 weeks which was disappointing and not expected. It's such a shame and would have been better to know that the mattress had to be hand made in advance. Amazing staff though.

My issue is that the mattress I purchased is far too firm which means I am unable to sleep on it, therefore a complete waste of money. In my opinion this mattress should be described as 'firm, in which case I would not have purchased it. It is impossible to judge from a few minutes in the shop. Unfortunately as it was in the clearance sale so I am unable to return it. This is not a reflection on the salesman who was very good and did explain this to me.

After adding an additional item to my order, which was booked for delivery on 05/04, I was told that the delivery had to be rearranged (even though there was a van booked for the 5th)

Sales promotion confusing Mattress we chose was not in sale but other Mattresses by the same manufacturer were in the sale no explanation was provided
