Dreams - Burton

I was highly satisfied with my experience in store but later when I had to ring up customer services i found the guy to be unhelpful as if it was to much trouble.I later phoned back the burton upon Trent store and the guy I spoke to was more than helpful.

Hi I thought the service was good highly satisfied is only for management the staff were helpful and friendly.

Because if I was to give a "Highly Satisfied" score (and everyone else did) there would be no desire or impetus for improvement!

Everything was fine - I just suspect, on reviewing other websites and talking to other shops, I could have got a similar or better item cheaper. Of course I don't really understand the differences between manufacturers- but Tom (your assistant) was brilliant at explaining the different types of mattresses. I suspect if I had seen Tom then gone elsewhere I could have got a similar product for less, but Tom was so good I felt obliged to buy from you.

Very satisfied with all my experience at dreams but didn't want you to get big headed! That's why I put satisfied

We would have liked to have purchased and taken home a mattress but had to wait 10 days for it to be delivered. Very lengthy purchase process, lots of form filling.

The store is spread all around so took a while to find exactly what we were looking for

Having to wait ages for the bed to be delivered because it was out of stock and delivery was booked up

The experience was pleasant and satisfactory. We got what we went for but it wasn't an above average experience, it simply met my expectations.
