keep forgetting to give me my mattress protecter in which I still haven't received!, my own fault with the issue as I couldn't remember if my bed was super King or king size, but it got resolved.

The coffee was not good. Cold and way to milky. Apart from that there is always room for improvements.

I don't necessarily expect to be highly satisfied when shopping. I visited your store and decided to purchase without looking elsewhere. So I was quite happy.

I was very disappointed that as the bed had to come from the warehouse there was no option but to pay a £39 delivery charge. It wasn't our fault the bed had to come from the warehouse, had it been at the shop we would have collected the bed rather than pay an extortionate £39 delivery.
