Only because I had approach the assistants for help although I was the only customer in the store at the time, once I had the assistance they were very helpful.

With all due respect I was buying a mattress not a Ferrari. The shop is functional staff especially Chloe are friendly and knowledgeable. I was as happy as I could get buying mattress :-)

I bought an ottoman bed and was not offered an alternative handle in view of recent safety scares. I will be removing the cloth loop handle that comes with it. Otherwise the bed seemed fine.

Satisfied is absolutely fine for me. We got exactly what we needed so I was satisfied. that's not a bad reflection on the store, we got what we expected so we're satisfied.

We found some mattresses very expensive and found that there were not as many decent offers as we would have liked. Also there was no discount off the quilts.

Change over from sales to non sales meant they had swapped mattresses but not price tags, so it made it a little confusing, but once we asked for help it WS fine.

We shopped at the Burton store. We didn't have a clue where to start, a female came to us and she did explain a little but not enough to make a purchase. I think we were going to leave but then a male came to us (Dave) he explained everything to us in plain English, suggested the best beds for our needs. We wanted two beds. He made it very easy to chose which bed we both needed. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. If it had been left to the first assistant we would have possibly left. She was a nice person, she wasn't rude but just wasn't able to guide us in the right direction, fortunately Dave did that with ease.

I requested while at store for a change of delivery day but this wasnt possible due to the 15min system update... I did not mind this but was told that this would be done right away and that we would receive a phone call to confirm. No Phone Call, rang next day to be told a manager would call back, No Phone Call
