On walking through the door we were greeted by harv who was very polite and extremely helpful. My sister and I bought our mum and dad into find a mattress suitable for their needs,.which harv helped with . Having a choice of 3 mattresses suitable we were able to narrow it down to one in which our parents chose to be the right one for them. So thankyou so much for the time and patience you provided.

Very good experience for my wife and I choosing our first new matrass for many years. Great range. Karl was very knowledgeable about the products, and the new sleeping computer check was remarkable. Managed to arrive in time for the 20% discount was particularly satisfying.

Great advice and assistance, especially using the sleep analysis machine. Products were easily available to see and test.

Liked the computer assisted diagnosis of my needs and identification of a selected few mattresses - saved a lot of time and felt confident the mattress would meet my needs. Assistant Hanvir said he was in training but was very knowledgable and happy to refer to his manager rather than waffle on when he was not sure.
