Very friendly helpful staff

The lady ‘Leanne’ who served us on Saturday was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us clearly and made sure she followed all Covid safety measures to ensure the safety of everyone. Leanne also offered us water, coffee and tea during our visit and was kind and professional throughout. We were ordering five beds and Leanne remained interested in helping us throughout and was very patient and understanding of our needs.

When we entered the store we were the only customers and so store assistant Leanne was able to attend us straight away. We were looking to purchase a new mattress and were impressed with the technology available that assessed the type of mattresses that would suit our needs. Leanne was able to direct us to the selected products and was very knowledgeable on how each mattress was manufactured.

Helpfulness, speed, safety

From the time we stepped foot in the store we were made welcome. Staff very friendly and helpful. No pushy salespeople which I love!!! The gentleman who helped purchase our bed was very kind and helpful. And answered any questions we had. Would recommend this store to family and friends

The store assistant was very attentive when we wanted but also gave us distance to browse when that was what we wanted.

Having done my research on the internet I was attracted to the Dreams i-beds, more so when I visited the store and was given the opportunuity to try all the options and see all my choices in reality. This contrasted well with other suppliers tryingto sell a product without having any available anywhere to see. I was also impressed by the Dreams staff who tried to find the best match for my specific needs not sell me the most expensive option

Very good and friendly service Vivek although he does not work in the Burton store normally he was very friendly and explained things expertly

Karl from Burton was so helpful, we were given lots of information and did the trial Sleep Science bed to find a mattress within our budget. We were also given water and pillows within the price of our bed. Thank you!

My visit to Dreams to buy my new mattress was a very positive experience. The sales lady Alex was extremely helpful, she was drafted in from her Nottingham store due to staff shortages but knew all the products and advised me professionally. The main thing I liked about my visit was that there was NO pressure to buy and because of this, I will return again when I need to buy another bed and also recommend to friends & family.
