We found exactly what we wanted, quickly and without fuss. We were served by Karl, who was friendly and efficient.

Tom was extremely helpful and not pushy at all like most salespersons when you go into a store. He was extremely friendly and was happy to answer any questions but also did not overcrowd us or push us into any extras or sales

Leanne who helped us was very knowledgeable about the stores products. She assessed my sleep needs and told me what mattress I needed. She was very patient and let me test out different mattresses and I could only test out one bed due to health needs and she got her colleagues to change over each mattress for me. I very much appreciated this. Her helpfulness attention to detail is what led me to my purchase.

The service that we received from Tom was really excellent. We were also delighted to find that the mattress that we had seen online was available in the store at a big discount price.

Charlotte was very friendly and expkained all the different mattresses and beds. We were even offed a drink, which we thought was a nice touch! Any questions we had were dealt with in a highly professional manner. We were given time to talk the purchase over, without any pressure which we appreciated. Just looking forward to the delivery of the pruduct next month!

From entering the store we weren't hounded by sales staff we were able to browse at our leisure and a member of staff was at hand when we needed their assistance
