We were greeted straight away when we entered the store and there was hand sanitiser at the entrance. We asked if we could use the machine to assess which kind of mattress would be best but unfortunately it was out of order. However the man who served us went through each kind of mattress and asked us a few questions. He gave us pillows to test the mattresses and asked if we wanted to look ourselves or for him to help us further. We chose to look around ourselves but knew that we could ask for help if needed. We were offered a bottle of water while we were browsing too. Once we had decided on a mattress, we were served by another man who was equally friendly and knowledgeable. All in all, we received great customer service from the Dreams team in Burton on Trent and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We actually chose to shop here after being recommended by friends.

The assistant Charlotte was so kind and helpful. She made our visit welcoming, safe and comfortable. She offered us drinks and nothing was to much trouble. My elderly mum was treating my daughter and I for a mattress and Charlotte would give time to explain every detail to her. What a lovely assistant she was.

The staff were friendly, efficient.they weren't all over you, but they were on hand, a difficult thing to do. Very good the same as last time.

Thomas was the guy that helped us. Offered us drinks and told us that unfortunately the machine to find your type of bed is broken. This is at the Burton Store. Why I said Highly Satisfied: -Taking proper care of us during the pandemic. -Thomas was very helpful, and friendly. -Managed to get exactly what we wanted and made sure that we had all the information. -They were continuously cleaning everything and hands etc.
