Thomas was the guy that helped us. Offered us drinks and told us that unfortunately the machine to find your type of bed is broken. This is at the Burton Store. Why I said Highly Satisfied: -Taking proper care of us during the pandemic. -Thomas was very helpful, and friendly. -Managed to get exactly what we wanted and made sure that we had all the information. -They were continuously cleaning everything and hands etc.

We were welcomed in store by assistant Tom who explained Covid measures in place, he set us up on the machine to help with mattress choice, was very patient & showed us every mattress suitable & let us try comfort in a covid safe way sanitising surfaces regularly. We were in store 1hr 30 choosing mattress, base & headboard he was so patient & a polite knowledgeable member of staff. Payment was taken & delivery choice agreed.

The staff had that nice balance of being available, checking to see if we needed help without being too pushy. We have walked out at some stores previously due to staff following you round, the staff at Burton were very polite and gave us time to browse when we asked them.
