Friendly staff who talked us through the product and ensured that we could take our time with the decision process. Suggested products to suit our needs and ensured we got what we wanted and needed.

We were greeted by a friendly colleague and asked our needs. She asked if we wanted to use the bed simulator and talked us through it. We were then passed on to another colleague who showed us the different mattresses we had been matched with. She told us about the difference between each one.

The service was friendly and helpful and we quickly chose the right items for us.

Walked in to your store within minutes a staff member came up and helped, listened and then showed me the choice of beds within my budget. Didnt just talk about beds and i found that very relaxing and friendly.

The sales girl (Charlotte) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks.

Tom our sales representative at the Burton on Trent store was extremely friendly and helpful and spent a lot time getting to know what we wanted and helping us find it. He had a good product knowledge and good communication at all times.

Service was perfect, we had someone available for us at any time we needed and knew exactly what she was talking about. We were ripped off and received very poor quality products from bensons for beds last year and dreams ha e ready provided us with much better customer care and she was very understanding with our situation.
