Walked in, was greeted and felt safe, easy purchase of our new bed and mattress, no hassle and very friendly staff

My partner and I entered the store and we were immediately greeted by attentive staff. We looked around for about 15 minutes to look at the display stock, and were very impressed with the quality and variety. We were shown to the machine in which can detect the best mattress, a three or so minute experience, with swift results. We based our search for a mattress on the outcome, and wouldn't have seen the mattress we chose had it not have suggested it. As soon as we had made out decision on the bed frame and mattress, the staff member who initially helped us from the beginning immediately came to complete the transaction, confirming all the details clearly. Very good experience and will certainly return for further bed-related requirements.

Charlotte came straight over to advise and show us where to look for specific types of mattresses . She was very helpful and knew which ones would suit our needs and budget . It was great that we could take them straight away with us too .

I made an appointment which was great, no waiting. Met by an assistance called karl, when I arrived. I had a good idea of what I wanted to purchase, the assistance answered all my questions, allowed me time to choose. There was no rush, I was made a drink, offered watered, all covid rules were applied. everything explained documentation was clear. I really can't fault the whole experience and looking forward to receiving my purchase. there was a limited number of bed protectors to purchase, but I can't put that down to the shop or assistance I believe it to do with the production and delivery of products dut to the Covid issue this year. In fact, the assistant decided to give me a protector for free, as neither of the ones I had chosen were in-store or in stock. no complaint there, its just circumstances.

I very rarely tick fully Satisfied but the young lady who assisted was absolutely superb. She was friendly, polite, considerate of why I visited, quick and helpful and definitely not pushy. Spot on. No other staff assisted or offered. I didn’t intend to buy on the day but her suggestions and the sale price resulted in me buying a bed.
