From start to finish, help was at hand. Very friendly, listened very well to my needs, made choosing products very easy with the help of product knowledge. Explained processes very well and adhered to all health and safety measures. Overall, a very good and quick process! Product was not in store, but staff member was very open minded to any queries or questions I had on the product

We went to the Burton on Trent store where the lovely Charlotte helped us choose a bed, we first did the sleep match test, which gave us a list of suitable mattresses, Charlotte took us round to each one, and gave us information on each one and we were able to lie down on them. We were then given time to decide and retry them. The whole experience was nice. Charlotte is a credit to your Company.
