From the moment we walked in we were looked after in a special way, offered and tried the sleep match bed and then shown all the types that were a match to ourselves, we were given plenty of time to choose for ourselves and not pushed in any way, we’ll satisfied with the whole experience.

The store manager at Burton upon Trent was fantastic. She took the time to understand our needs, gave us space to try mattresses and didn’t pressure us to buy. We had already been to a number of other shops for beds and had been left frustrated but the knowledge and approach of the Store Manager helped us find the mattress that was right for us. Excellent customer service!

Once me and my partner entered the store, we were greeted by an advisor called Tom, he quickly began to cater to our needs and after finding out out sleeping styles from the specialist bed in-store, he took us to find our matching profile mattresses, we then settled on our mattress and he then helped us pick out our ideal bedframe and headboard too. His customer service and attention to detail were nothing short of impeccable. We also did not feel bullied or pressured into a sale he maintained correct social distancing guidelines, overall Tom gave us a very pleasant experience from start to finish, a fantastic advisor.
