The COVID-19 measures made us feel safe from the moment we entered the store. The new electronic bed that works out what mattress best suits is brilliant - we both have back problems, and felt confident that we could find the right bed. The assistant, Tom, was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful - an asset to your company. We left, knowing that we had purchased the right bed for us, and assured that the quality of COVID-19 measures will extend to the delivery and set up of the new bed (and the removal of the old).

Everything was laid out perfectly in store, and we were given space to browse but s staff were on hand at the right time to help finalise the decision and help us with our enquires.
