The sales assistant Tom was very helpful in all aspects of our experience at dreams. He understood our requirements and was very knowledgeable on what all the products were and what would suit our needs best. We were very impressed by the measures that were being taken to ensure our health and safety as well as the staff.

Politeness of staff , care of staff never pushed us into buying any thing. given all the facts over things and on our needs.VERY VERY good over care about virus, Nice greeting when we arrived, What we liked was .. They said if you need any help please ask which is nice, so we can look at our pace with out pushy sales people. some as I put my hand up they came and give us all the info we needed over a few beds.. great staff at Burton On Trent thank you
