Great customer service and mattress fitting with the machine. The advisor, James I believe had great knowledge and made me feel really at ease.

Jamie has been very patient and offered all the information we needed in order to make the best choice. Although we had lots of questions, he was very knowledgeable and advised us on the best products to suit our individual needs.

Absolutely amazing. We used the simulator to get best mattress for mum as she have problems with back. We had a try on all suggested mattresses but decided to go for Sleep and Hyde mattress as my daughter already has one. Gentlemen selling mattress to us was absolutely amazing! Great customer service

Leanne was amazing. We came into the Burton on Trent store, near to closing time, but this did not matter to Leanne. She made us feel like nothing was too much trouble for her. We gave her our budget and we walked out, having ordered and bed and mattress within that budget. No pressure sales, fantastic! Could not recommend her and her store highly enough.

As soon as we walked into the store, James came straight over to us and was extremely friendly, really polite and knowledgeable. Asked us what we needed and we explained he pointed us straight in the right direction, nothing was too much trouble for him. Very impressed

Leanne was very helpful, friendly and informative without being pushy. She obviously has good product knowledge and helped guide us to our decision on choice of bed.

we were welcomed in to the shop, and taken directly to the sleep mathc machine. after that he took us to different matresses and explained what teh machine suggested, and what options we have. at which poit he left us, to trial tehm ad decide for ourselves. very satisfied with the way, he let us take out time and try. very qucik to respond upon calling and delat with sale prompty.

I was served by James. He was very helpful, and for such a young chap he was very knowledgeable, showed me all the products that fitted my needs. He didn't pressure me and let me have time to come to make my own decision. Everyone in the store was friendly. The transaction was handled in a professional manner, everything was explained. I am looking forward to receiving my purchase.
