Leanne who served me was extremely helpful, knew her products and made me feel valued. I was a little concerned for her safety as she was on her own. It was fairly early in the day but I do hope there is security for her?

I phoned to make an appointment to view a specific bed that we had seen online. Charlotte showed us straight to the bed that we had discussed over the phone. She was friendly and helpful, and arranged for my son to try the sleep monitor to determine which type of mattress would suit him.
