The sales person was attentive to listening to our requirements. He gave guidance on the most appropriate mattress for our needs. Was quick and easy to complete the sale and book a delivery slot. He made sure all the information was correct. Very pleasant shopping experience.

The assistant Charlotte was very helpful to my wife and I, she took the time to assess our needs and advised us accordingly. She showed us the appropriate firm mattresses that we both needed and explained the various pro's and cons of each.
