Excellent friendly customer service from a very knowledgeable member of staff called Thomas. All my questions were answered in a full and concise manner which gave me confidence to purchase a product of such high value that will hopefully be a good investment for a great night’s sleep.

I was made very welcome by the staff, and they helped me select the correct mattress for my needs. Dealt with social distancing and looked after me and explained everything in detail.
