The Sales Assistant, Karl, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient whilst me and my partner purchased a mattress. I cannot praise him enough for helping us during this stressful purchase

Everything was covid safe - pillows were clean, barriers were up. GDPR followed. I would like to confirm that we were in the BURTON store - not Potters Bar.

Excellent service and an immaculate store

Karl asked if we needed help but no pushy (which I cannot stand). He also offered for us to take the mattress match test on the special bed. That reassured our choice recommend rather than lying on 25 mattresses it narrowed it down to make an informed choice.

James made us feel really welcome as soon as we walked in and helped answer all our questions and helped us pick the right mattress for us

Harvey the store assistant was incredibly helpful. He did his best to get us a great deal

Really friendly helpful staff, not overbearing, a good balance of offering help and giving us time and space to look around. All questions answered, myvson who was with us (9) was acknowledged too.
