We had a lovely young man called Thomas fellows he was an absolute joy new his job inside out gave us lots of advise so we got the mattress which is perfect for us and a beautiful bed base to go with it he was brillianand even made a great cup of tea there needs to be more Tom's in sales he deserves a sales award

The staff were friendly, the order was quick and I was given extra items

The young man was extremely helpful without giving us any of the usual 'pushy' sales talk which can cause anxiety. A very pleasant shopping experience!

We went in store look around and choose mattress then order from there. Man was good written down more details etc... And ordered on his computer and show me to look if it's correct... Yes it was. Very satisfied with him understood each other written down notes because we are deaf. He is good attitude and kind dealing order thanks

The whole experience was a pleasure.the assistant was welcoming the minute we entered the door. She offered us to try the bed assessment and establish which mattress would be suitable. After that we went through a range of products and she gave us time to think about what we wanted

The young man Thomas deserves to go far in your company he has something that you can’t teach he is a born salesman I hope that he gets the future that he deserves

Burton Dreams is very friendly, obtained great help, great advice, staff is very patiente, happy to help and explain everything you need to know, they listen to your needs. we were offered drinks several times while visiting. Will be happy to buy from again in the future. :)
