I was highly satisfied as Charlotte, the lady that helped me spent alot of time letting me choose which mattress I wanted. I was tested on a machine to choose what mattress would suit me. Nothing was to much trouble & she even made me & my sister & mum a coffee, as I couldn't decide, I'm afraid I kept her for quite some time but she was very happy to help. She ran through all my options of how I wanted to pay or buy other items, which I did, as it turned I did by quite an expensive mattress even though there was one for 4X less, I wasn't pressured to choose between them. I can't sing Charlotte's praises enough, even my family were very grateful. As I have bad back we needed to make sure I got the correct mattress. I was very happy with service & the goods. Your sales assistant was very helpful and informative. Wasnt pushy at all and let me make all the decisions. It was very quick and easy to complete my order.

We were looking for two different beds and we were guided round all the beds by Tom. And from the word go is knowledge of the products was second to none, he explained things so well you were in no doubt as to what he was talking about. He is one of the first sales people I have come across that fully understood is products that he was selling, he was a real pleasure to deal with from start to finish and a credit to your company. He guided us painlessly through everything. Well done.

Charoltte the store assistant was very helpful and seemed to know a lot about the different beds available. Friendly service without being too pushy.

Faultless from easy parking to helpful and knowledgeable assistant to ease of buying the bed. It hasn’t been delivered yet but the buying process was excellent.
