Staff very helpful and friendly and maintained a distance until further help required from them

We were greeted as soon as we entered the shop, we were offered assistance within a few minutes when it was clear we didn’t know where to start with choosing a mattress. The whole experience of using the sleepmatch machine, finding a suitable mattress in our price range and the helpfulness of the staff made it an extremely positive shopping experience.

There we're no waiting time assistant was to hand after entering the store plus we was asked if we would care for refreshments. Very pleasant visit we purchased a new mattress and two amazing pillows. Kind regards Samantha Parker

Leanne was very helpful and friendly she explained everything in great detail and made it easy to purchase the right bed at the right price what we could afford

good selection of products to choose from, with helpful friendly staff that allowed you to take time walking round but were quickly on hand to advise when asked.

Karl was very helpful and knowlegable

The colleague was friendly and very helpful, she was not pushy. We went late on sunday so I came back on the monday to place order asked if she would be there she told me the time she would be in. She did not close the order as she was on her break when we arrived. But came over when she saw me to check that everything was ok.
