The amount of support from Leanne was spot on. Not pushy or overbearing, left us to browse, discuss amongst ourselves etc but was there when we needed support or wanted to ask questions. Was attentive, knowledgeable and patient. Just what you want from a salesperson. The choice of beds and mattresses was extensive and nicely laid out so you didn't feel you were navigating a maze like we have experienced in other stores!

Tom the sales assistant was fantastic nothing was too much bother spent plenty of time with us with no forced sale.

I was served by Tom at the burton store who was excellent, incredible product knowledge and highly professional. I came for a browse into dreams approx 6 months where Tom was asking me if I required assistance, at this time I chose not to purchase but thought to myself, if I would be purchasing in the future then I must go back and seek his services again, which is exactly what I did!!

Karl is a brilliant, extremely knowledgeable member of staff. He made our shopping experience pleasurable.

Charlotte was a very engaging young lady, who was extremely helpful. Other staff also very friendly. Picking a mattress is quite a difficult thing to do but with her assistance and your technology we got there

From the moment my fiancee and I walked in we were warmly greeted by one of your colleagues. We took a short walk around before we were offered the choice of lying down and trying the beds by Tom, he continued speaking to us working out what we were looking for and offered us the chance to use the Sleep Match facility on site. Once this was completed he showed us to the different beds it had chosen for us. We tried out each of them and made the decision to purchase one as we were both loved the comfort and support it gave us. We originally sat down with the sales manager to make the purchase but she passed us back to Tom once he was free again. Further to the mattress Tom was able to get us extra cover with the protection plan. His knowledge was incredible and helped us make this decision so easily!

Myself and my wife purchased a new bed from Dreams in 2011, the bed is fine but the mattress’s now need replacing, so we returned to Dreams where we were confident of receiving good customer service. We were greeted by Leanne who welcomed us and offered us a hot drink, very nice. We were offered the opportunity to take advantage of the electronic mattress selection, we accepted and were measured for our new mattress’s, we were escorted and shown suitable items and after being given time to make our minds up we purchased two new mattress’s Thank you Leanne for your patience and guidance, we received first class assistance

The sales assistant gave me all the information I required. I was following the Detroit bed frame when it was reduced then I went down to shop and got an half price mattress in sale as well good quality and 8 year protection was cheap 80 pounds for both and got free bed protector and pillows.
