I was happy that the store assistant came over and asked if I needed help with looking for what I wanted and equally prepared to let me browse by myself if I wished no hard sell it was great didn't feel pressured at all, she also asked me about the type of mattress I liked and then showed me the appropriate ones it was nice that she listened to my needs she also asked about budget and didn't try to sell me a bed which didn't fit that category excellent salesperson
