Tom was very helpful from the moment I entered the store, he help me find the best bed for me and gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision and help find the best finance package for me!

The beds we were looking for were on display and the sales assistant Tom, was very helpful, he even moved the mattress we liked onto a different base for us to try. He also made us a cup of coffee.

Store was light, airy and well laid out. All staff were attentive without being intrusive and the member of staff who dealt with our purchase (Jerome) was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy and he even offered my husband and I a drink while we waited for a computer to become available to complete the sale.

Tom was an excellent sales assistant who didn’t rush us and and guided us through our whole large order. We were very pleased with his knowledge and ability recognise and explain to our needs.

Leanne was very helpful and explained things in a way that helped us to understand the difference in the products that she was If my wife felt that she understood what the different beds help with her back problems then she must have done a good job of explaining things. My wife commented as we left the store that she was happier with how the product had been put to us than the last time we bought a mattress from dreams
