Karl the assistant quickly identified our needs and pointed out the various softer mattresses so that we had a choice.The deal was then competed with the minimum of delay including hire purchase terms and arrangements for quick delivery.

The help and knowledge leanne gave us was excellent and this is our first visit to dreams nothing was to much trouble and the sleep machine to find out the best beds for us was excellent resulting in us purchasing one of your top of the range beds thanking you for your excellent service

The gentleman that we dealt with on both of our visits was a fantastic salesman, Very knowledgeable and more importantly to me had the exact mix between being obliging but not pushy. He made us feel welcome, informed and looked after but never under pressure or uncomfortable.
